Nafarroako Errepublikaren Konstituzioa

1.- Identitate juridiko nazionala, nabarrak gara. Ez gara abertzaleak, ez "nazionalista baskoak", hiritar nabarrak baizik, euskaldunak identitate kulturalez.

2.- Nabarrako Estatua, lehen Errepublika Nabarra. Nabarra errepublika demokratikoa da.

3.- Nabarrako Errepublikaren oinarrizko Konstituzioaren proposamena.

3.1.- I. Errepublika Nabarra osatzen dute Nafarroa garaia eta behera, Zuberoa, Lapurdi, Araba, Bizkaia eta Gipuzkoa lurraldeak. Biztanleak hiritar nabarrak dira.

3.2.- Errepublika Nabarraren himnoa Gudariak da.

3.3.- Errepublika Nabarraren ofizial hizkuntza euskara da.

3.4.- Nafarroako Foru Erkidegoaren bandera da Errepublika Nabarraren ikurra ofiziala.

3.5.- Arranoa, hartza eta otsoa dira Nabarrako Errepublikaren nazional sinboloak.

3.6.- Nabar guztiek dute lan egiteko eskubidea. Langabetuak soldata jasotzeko eskubidea du. Langabetuak hezkuntza jasotzeko eta hizkuntza ofiziala menperatzeko eskubidea du.

3.7.- Nabarrako Errepublikak ez du ejertzitorik, ez armadarik. Nabarrako defentsa hiritar guztien betebeharra da.

3.8.- Nabar guztiek duten informazio eskubidea mugaezina da, sarrera internetera eta teknologi berrietara.

3.9.- Errepublika Nabarrak hiru independente botereak ditu: betearazlea, legegilea eta judiziala. Legegile botereak, bi biltzar nagusi ditu, Nabarron Biltzarra (100 biltzarkide) eta Lurraldeen Biltzarra (126 lurraldekide) - Nafarroa garaia (25), Bizkaia (25), Trutzioz (1), Araba (24), Trebino (1), Gipuzkoa (25), Lapurdi, Nafarroa behera eta Zuberoa (25).

3.10.- Nabarrako Errepublikaren hiriburua Iruñea da.

1.- The national juridical identity shall be that of citizens of Navarre. We are not "patriots" nor "basque nationalists"; we are citizens of Navarre with a cultural identity that is Basque.

2.- The State of Navarre, first Republic of Navarre. Navarre is a democratic republic.

3.- A proposal for the basic elements in the Constitution of the Republic of Navarre.

3.1.- The Basque territories of Nafarroa garaia and behera, Zuberoa, Lapurdi, Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa constitute the first Republic of Navarre. Its inhabitans are Navarrese citizens.

3.4.- The Nafarroako Foru Erkidegoa is the flag of the Republic of Navarre.

3.5.- The eagle, the bear, and the wolf are the national symbols of the Republic of Navarre.

3.6.- All citizens of Navarre have the right to work. The unemployed have the right to receive benefits. The unemployed also have the rigth to receive an education and to adquire a perfect knowledge of the official language.

3.7.- The Republic of Navarre does not have armed forces. The defense of Navarre is the duty of all of its citizens.

3.8.- All citizens of Navarre have the right to unlimited information, acces to the Internet, and new technologies.

3.9.- The Republic of Navarre's three independent powers are: the executive, the legislative, and the judicial. The legislative power has two main bodies; the Nafarron Biltzarra (100 members), and the Lurraldeen Biltzarra (126 members) - Nafarroa garaia (25), Bizkaia (25), Trutzioz (1), Araba (24), Trebino (1), Gipuzkoa (25), Lapurdi, Nafarroa behera and Zuberoa (25).

5.- The national federation of municipalities Udalbiltza shall call on the Nafarron Biltzar and the Lurraldeen Biltzar to organize and designate the date for the legislative elections.

6.- Disarmament of the Spanish and French armed forces in Navarrese territory. The Republic of Navarre shall not have armed forces. The defense of Navarre shall rest on its citizens.

9.- The legislative power shall assign the powers to the judiciary and the executive. The legislative power, that is, the Nafarron Biltzar and the Lurraldeen Biltzar, decide the powers of the other two independent bodies, the judiciary and the executive.
